Together We Can!

We are dreaming, praying, and working hard for our Trinity UMC, being all about spreading love, kindness, and including everyone, both in our church family and in the wider community to the family of God. So far, we have been able to do a lot of good because of the generosity of our church members. But right now, as some of you have been aware of, for some time now we are facing some financial challenges, especially with our building. We are strategizing about how to fix these issues, and now we need help from our church family to make sure we can keep doing what we do and even expand our efforts.

During the next few weeks, you will all receive some information about our challenges and dreams, and how we can get involved in facing them together.

For now, I would like to invite our church members to start an internal process of praying, thinking, and discerning about giving a bit more to Trinity UMC. Even a small amount can make a big difference in helping us continue our important work and support the people who need it in our community. By being generous with our resources, we are not only helping our church grow stronger, but we are also making a positive impact on the world around us.

We know times are tough for many people, but there are lots of ways you can help besides giving money. You could volunteer your time, join in on fundraising events, or even think about leaving something for Trinity UMC in your will. Every little bit helps, and together, we can overcome any circumstances that come our way.

As we face these challenges together, let us remember to stay hopeful and keep our faith strong. With God’s help and the support of our church family, we can get through anything. Thank you to all our wonderful church members for your ongoing support and dedication to Trinity UMC. Your generosity truly makes a difference in the lives of so many people, and we are incredibly grateful for it. Let us continue working together to spread love and kindness in our community and beyond.

Warmly,

Pr. David Gaitan
